Ms. Duncan, recently retired, was the Director of Human Resources at a Bay Area manufacturing company. She was also formerly the Director of the Math, Engineering, Achievement, and Education Outreach Program for the Stanford School of Engineering. Ms. Duncan was appointed to the Board of Directors in January 2016, elected to the Board in November 2016, and re-elected in 2018 and 2022.
