Chairperson of Operations Committee, Member of Construction Committee, and Alternate on Alameda County Special Districts Association

Ms. Dean is a retired middle school environmental studies teacher in the San Lorenzo Unified School District. Ms. Dean has served her community on the Eden Area Municipal Advisory Council, the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District Citizen Advisory Committee, the Alameda County Library, and local non-profits focused on sustainability and environmental awareness. She is a dedicated community advocate and resident of San Lorenzo.
