Manages continuous operations of the treatment plant and water reclamation facilities. Oversees processes for energy optimization, grease acceptance for digester efficiency, and sludge dewatering. Maintains primary responsibility for regulatory compliance with the District’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit.
