Chairperson of Construction Committee, and Member of Operations Committee

Mr. Simon is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in the state of California, with over 25 years water civil engineering experience in the Bay Area, having worked at the East Bay Municipal Utility District and currently working at the Contra Costa Water District. He is a City of San Leandro Councilmember and resident of the Heron Bay Community.  Mr. Simon was elected to the Board in November 2018, and re-elected in 2022.
